Garlic Parmesan Truffle Wings
Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken wings, flats and drums separated
1 tbsp baking powder (for extra crispiness)
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
Garlic Parmesan Truffle Sauce:
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, finely minced
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp white truffle oil (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
Zest of 1 lemon (optional, but adds freshness)
Instructions:
Prep the Wings:
Pat the wings dry with paper towels to remove moisture.
Toss wings in baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. This helps with crispiness.
Cook the Wings:
Air Fryer: 400°F for 18-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Oven: Bake at 425°F for 45-50 minutes on a wire rack over a baking sheet, flipping halfway.
Deep Fry: Heat oil to 350°F and fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Make the Sauce:
In a pan over medium heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese, truffle oil, and parsley.
Toss & Serve:
Toss the crispy wings in the warm garlic Parmesan truffle sauce.
Sprinkle extra Parmesan on top and serve immediately.
